This is a flight in a Freedom's Wings Grob 103 modified with rudder hand controls for pilots with disabilities. My friend in the front seat is paraplegic and is operating the rudder using the inner handle on the left. The spoiler handle (outer left) has a plate with notches to allow the pilot to use the rudder with the spoilers held open.
